As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operations, taking full responsibility for your own book of business
You’ll build relationships with customers across the USA and Canada, ensuring they receive best-in-class service while helping us grow the business
Ownership & Accountability: Manage your assigned portfolio of high-volume accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Drive Revenue: Generate new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, cold-calling, and cultivating relationships to increase revenue streams
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and become the trusted point of contact for all things logistics
Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate sales team to support both new and existing customer growth, sharing insights and strategies
Logistics Operations: Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, expand our carrier network, and manage the day-to-day operations for your accounts
Strategic Input: Prepare customer quotes, develop marketing materials, and assist in setting competitive pricing strategies
Adaptability: No two days are the same – you’ll be tackling a variety of tasks to ensure customer success and business growth
