Essential Responsibilities require you to be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and streamlining service processes
Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customers' service expectations
Maintains knowledge of products
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Serves as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, regulatory/quality and shipping personnel
Informs customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
Records or files copy of orders received
Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
Computes price, discount, sales representative's commission and shipping charges as required
Checks shipping orders to ensure they are accurate with regard to quantity shipped
This is done by comparing shipping documents with computer-generated reports
Coordinates and follows full cycle process of incoming orders to pick up/delivery completion
Receives and checks customer complaints
Confers with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management
Maintains customer name and address database
Transmits new pricing, with the correct multiplier, to all customers
Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes
Serves as a backup for completion of all invoicing and shipping documentation
Serves as a backup for the receipt and processing of customer purchase orders
Additional duties related to the position, as assigned
Min 2 years of proven experience in customer service and logistics
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service for a food & beverage manufacturing company located in Foothill Ranch CA.
This is a Direct Hire position paying $24-34/hr, depending on experience. This is a Full-Time position, Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch, Monday- Friday.
