Job Requirements:

• • Daily interaction with existing customers and carriers

• • Source new carriers, build and dispatch shipments, and negotiate market-competitive pricing

• • Create and maintain strong carrier relationships

• • Demonstrate internal drive to succeed

• • Exhibit trustworthiness and honesty

• • Possess strong telephone and written communication skills

• • Preferred: 1 year of proven freight experience

• • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• • Effective communication skills

• • Comfortable with technology and recognize its importance in our industry

• • Proficient in using industry-related software and comfortable working on computers daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
