This role is ideal for a current Freight Broker looking for asset backing or a better financial deal. Requirements of a successful Freight Broker with Beemac Logistics:

• You have a minimum of one-year experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider with an established customer base.

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and desire full-range support for building your book of business.

• You provide excellent customer service and are an effective communicator.

• You excel at managing relationships with customers and negotiating rates based on market conditions.

• You are motivated to build your book by acquiring new customers and carriers daily.

• You are a creative thinker who thrives in a competitive, team-based environment.

• You are a strong multi-tasker adept at navigating multiple computer systems.

• You have experience using CRM and TMS systems (McLeod) and are familiar with using KPIs as a measure of performance.

• You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday and uphold high moral and ethical standards.
