Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator serves as the Program Logistics Coordinator for Professional Development within the Office of Talent, Leadership, and Culture (TLC)

This position performs administrative tasks that support the professional development team and other training units as needed, and assists in the facilitation and enforcement of all program coordination related to TLC courses, Cultural and Work Environment Surveys, data management, reporting, and coordinating training

Completes specialized or technical assignments related to the professional development of Department of Juvenile Justice team members

Assists in the development, review, and maintenance of action items related to daily operations

Reviews correspondence and formulates replies within areas of assigned responsibility

Interprets rules, policies, and regulations to state officials, team members, and the public

Maintains training calendars and arranges meetings when necessary

Contacts team members, other government agencies, and training partners

Uses Department-approved methods to garner, analyze, and provide feedback related to Department culture/employee satisfaction

Provides oversight for the issuance and tracking of credentialing related to professional development

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Two years of related experience

Appropriate educational certification/license required for this position

Preference given to applicants with extensive experience in Educational Measurement & Statistics

Ability to market training, assessments, and other services provided by the Department of Juvenile Justice

Ability to keep accurate and thorough records

Proficient in Excel, data tracking software, and project management software
