Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 - Commission (15% $1) + Bonuses + Benefits
This company is looking to further develop its sales team and continue to grow a presence in the domestic freight market which is already strong, by hiring a Director of 3PL Brokerage.
My client is a well established asset-based trucking company with over 600 assets.
Candidates must have:
✅ At least 5 years of domestic freight sales.
✅ New business sales hunter mentality
✅ Experience in growing and maintaining a customer base.
✅ Existing knowledge of brokerage and asset transportation within the USA market.
Package includes:
- Base Salary $120,000 to $130,000.
- Commission + Car Allowance + Laptop + Cell Phone + Full Benefits.
