Required Qualifications

Experience in LTL, FTL, Intermodal or Air and Ocean Freight

Proven experience as a Freight Broker, with a strong understanding of transportation logistics and regulations

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Proficiency in using transportation management software and other relevant tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
