As a Freight Broker Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for bringing in new business and driving our growth
B2B Sales: Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients to secure new partnerships and contracts
New Business Development: Utilize your industry knowledge and sales expertise to expand our customer base and generate new revenue streams
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique transportation needs and providing tailored solutions
Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position MZM Transports in the market
Collaboration: Work closely with brokers and administrative teams to ensure the smooth execution of freight shipments and client satisfaction
Instead of taking possession of the freight, we facilitate the communication between the shipper and the motor carrier
We make sure the handoff goes smoothly between motor carriers and shippers, and that the freight arrives safely, & on time
High School Degree or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 1yr Sales Experience
Minimum of 1yr Experience in Transportation & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Sales: Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients to secure new partnerships and contracts.
