Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.

• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.

• Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker with an established customer base.

• Strong knowledge of US logistics, including transportation modes, regulations, and market trends.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and carriers.

• Demonstrated industry knowledge and a hunger for growth and success.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
