Our client is a freight brokerage company based in the DFW area and provides transportation and logistics services; they have been in business since 2020. They broker all type of freight throughout the country, mainly in general freight. They value their customers and strive to provide the best service.

Freight Broker Sales Associate

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, increasing volume to maximize growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Sales Relationship Management.

• Identify and develop new client relationships through networking and cold calling.

• Maintain current relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.

• Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Previous experience (2-3 years) in sales or logistics, preferably in freight brokerage

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics software

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
