Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Asheville
This role involves managing customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth operation within their facility

Provide excellent customer service through efficient and courteous communication
Prepare and deliver accurate service quotes and estimates to customers
Handle incoming calls, create service tickets, and ensure orders are processed correctly
Collaborate with the sales department to support residential sales activities
Oversee the invoicing process for open orders and assist in managing collections
Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing and cost management
Manage the residential service schedule and ensure timely service delivery
Assist in warehouse operations, including unloading trucks and inventory management
Conduct annual inventory checks and periodic spot checks to maintain accuracy
Exceptional communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to multitask
Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry it for short distances
Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
